Yeah, honestly? I believe that's the full intention here. Fear is a powerful motivator. Even if he rescinds or backs out of something, it's said for a reason. I don't believe he's the most calculated guy but he's got plenty of people with their fingers up his ass that probably are able to suss out what will drive people to feel desperate.

He certainly does. And he gives them free rein to what they want. I'm convinced he doesn't know half of what's in those executive orders.
