How does the increased black hate relate to housing access, availability, and affordability? Also why are sexual orientation and gender identity separated, or split within a category?
Not sure "why," but it is helpful for researchers who want to drill down deeper to expose the differences between who is targeted more (male/female). We also know that economic access is often directly related to various crimes. I know that poor white people often take offense to Latinos who are doing well or appear to be doing better than them. I have no doubt that could be a driver behind hate crimes across all races and ethnicities.
