I agree with Bill. This hard line against Cuba is an ancient artifact that no longer has use, if it ever did. US policy towards Cuba was a purported countermeasure against the USSR, controlled by Moscow. Now, the US President is controlled by Moscow, so why keep punishing Cuba when that past adversary is now the puppet master of the US president? Senseless.
